Using any weapon skills will disable the novelty. Pressing the Sheath/Stow weapon hotkey will cause the character to pose without a weapon drawn. (Fortnite, smash bros, Rocket league, even Minecraft (added emotes not to long ago and you could already do pvp) and others) You can get rid of the pvp and no one likes you. You get rid of the emotes and no one will give you money.

I'd love it if there were /hug @, and /bearhug @ emotes. I'd go round as my Charr bear-hugging other players. They could make it so When you do the emote the other player has to accept the request to hug, or make it so that just pressing any movement key stops the hug and you have to be standing right next to them to initiate it, so people can't use it to teleport you off of ledges/grief.
